6.5 – Poetry and Drama
The study of a play and the study of selection of poetry from a prescribed
anthology or by a specific poet. One of these texts must have been
written before 1770.
Module
6.6 – Criticism and Comparison
This is a synoptic unit and will examine the skills of the whole course.
It will consist of criticism of unprepared poetry or prose and the
comparison of two named texts.
