Accents on a PC

How to type accents using ALT codes:
• make sure the NUM LOCK light is on – if not, press the NUM LOCK key on the number pad to switch it on
• press and hold down the Alt key
• type in using the number pad the ALT code for the relevant accented letter.

133 = à 131 = â 182 = Â 183 = À
138 = è 136 = ê 130 = é 137 = ë
212 = È 210 = Ê 144 = É 211 – Ë
140 = î 216 = Ï 139 =ï 215 = Î
147 = ô 226 = Ô
235 = Ù 151 = ù 234 = Û 150 = û
