Art in the Junior School is housed in a bright spacious room and taught by a specialist Art teacher. All pupils from P1 to P7 are helped to develop their visual perception and literacy and to extend their knowledge of the visual elements – line, shape, form, colour, tone, pattern and texture.They are encouraged to produce work of a high standard, making use of a wide range of media and techniques, such as drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture and mosaic.

All the children have their Art work displayed regularly in the Junior School Reception area and the Junior School atrium. The year ends with an Art Exhibition in June.
