Daniel on Target with British Climbing Victory

Aloysian climbing star Daniel Smith has once again reached great heights in his climbing career - by soaring to victory in the British Climbing Championships last month.

Daniel, who was last year selected for the Great Britain Junior Climbing Team, was delighted to secure victory in the British competition - after setting it as his main target for the season. The skilled climber, part of the College squad since Primary 5 has impressed national coaches over the past few years as part of the Scotland climbing set up, secured victory in what was extremely tight competition in Sheffield.

Sister Hannah, S3, also finished well in a hard category of older competitors.
