S2 Pupils Pitch it ‘Just Right’ in Rotary Competition

A team of three S2 pupils secured a place in the Rotary Regional Finals of the Rotary’s 2017 Youth Speaks Intermediate competition after pitching it ‘just right’ in the qualifying event.

Humzah Razzaq (Chairperson), Scarlett Morris (Speaker) and Eva Pryce (Vote of Thanks) explored the importance of ‘Goldilocks’ in our modern world in the District 1230 Final – with a sizeable band of Aloysian supporters at Pollokshaws Burgh Halls to cheer them on.

The 13-year-olds were each praised by the judges for their individual contributions, but it was their very impressive teamwork which secured victory.

The Regional Final will be hosted by District 1230 on Sunday, 12th March in Pollokshields Burgh Hall.
