Sports Day Brings Junior School Community Together

St Aloysius’ College Junior School Sports Day provided the Aloysian Community with an opportunity to get together and celebrate the talent, determination and sportsmanship of the College’s young Aloysians.

Junior School Sports Day is held at the College’s Millerston Sports Fields each year and sees Junior pupils compete in traditional athletics events and sports day favourites like the sack race and tug-of-war.

Reflecting on what is surely Glasgow’s best junior school sports day, Mr Tearney, the College’s Director of Sport, said,

“Thank you to all staff, pupils and parents for a great day. The pupils were very well behaved and great sportsmanship was shown by all.”
