St Aloysius’ College is excited to present an evening of sacred music at next month’s Schola Winter Concert, featuring performances from all of the College’s Schola Choirs in the beautiful setting of St Aloysius Church on Tuesday 9 February 2016.

The Schola Winter concert will see all four of the College’s Schola Choirs come together to showcase an eclectic range of sacred music in what will be the College’s first full concert in St Aloysius Church since the installation of the magnificent new Taylor Family Organ.

The two senior choirs, the Schola Cantorum and Schola Nova, will perform a selection of sacred music accompanied by piano, organ and harp whilst the two junior choirs, the Schola Puellarum and Schola Puerorum, will come together to perform Benjamin Britten’s “A Ceremony of Carols”.

Tickets are available from the College's Main Reception and Arts Admin office, costing £5 for adults whilst children can attend free of charge. Refreshments will be served after the concert and the College would be delighted to welcome members of the Aloysian community and all lovers of sacred music for what promises to be a wonderful event.
