Mary's Meals Backpack Appeal

Fresh off the heels of our porridge party, our Mary’s Meals club have been organising collections for the charity’s backpack project, an appeal which has been sent throughout our Junior School and has seen support from many pupils so far.

This is just one of the many activities that the club gets up to each term in order to raise awareness and much-needed funds and supplies for the charity. This however is a particularly important appeal, as it will be the last backpack project collection taken on by Mary’s Meals. Anything that can be donated to help this life-changing cause for children in Africa is much appreciated. Please see the below information on what to include in your backpack. Everyone is encouraged to recycle old school bags rather than buying new.
