We are asking our whole community to continue to follow the official health advice from the UK and the Scottish Governments and the NHS.

Please follow the current advice and stay at home. The UK Government issued the following guidelines:

  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home)
  • If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home
  • Do not meet others, even friends or family. You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.

Symptoms include:

  • a high temperature
  • a new, continuous cough

You can find the UK Government information and guidance here.

The Scottish Government and NHS also have resources available here.

If your child is ill or injured, we understand it can be difficult to decide if/when to seek medical advice, and where from, especially when we’re being asked to stay home.
